August 27, 28, and 29: Includes all meals and classes. Overnight accommodations are available in addition to the retreat fee of $150. Single rooms are $62 per night and Double rooms (for 2 people) are $79 a night. You must register and pay for your room through this website. How can we give movement and voice to our life and our intention? Yoga is more than physical poses – it is a tool and a lens to understand yourself and your body. Writing and journaling puts words to the page and gives voice to our intuition. Together, yoga and writing expand our view of ourselves and our world.

Attend daily yoga and meditation classes, receive writing prompts, instruction, and feedback. Eat healthy meals in a community setting, walk in nature, and explore yourself and your life’s intention. We welcome all writers and yogis at any level of experience!

The retreat starts at noon on Tuesday, August 27 and ends at noon on Thursday, August 29. Meals include dinner on Tuesday evening, lunch and dinner on Wednesday, and lunch on Thursday. For overnight guests, a continental breakfast is also included. Coffee, tea, and snacks will be provided for all who attend.
